About these terms

These terms apply to your use of PriceBySize (“the app”), a Shopify app operated by Kawamoto Apps. By installing the app you agree to them. Shopify’s own terms also apply to your use of Shopify.

The service

The app lets you sell products priced by size. You set the pricing rules; the app shows the price to your customers and sets the same price in the cart and at checkout.

Plans and billing

The app has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Plans, prices and any free trial are shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing and in the app. All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app or by uninstalling it; charges already billed are handled under Shopify’s billing rules.

If you move to a lower plan, calculators you already set up keep working, but you can only save changes that fit the new plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prices, ranges, options and products you set up, for checking that your calculators give the prices you intend before you sell, and for the taxes, product information and legal requirements that apply to your store.

Please test a calculator on your store after setting it up or changing it, for example by adding a product to the cart.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and correct, but it is provided “as is”. We may improve or change features. If we ever stop offering the app, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for a store that misuses it or breaks Shopify’s rules.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
